Should your kids have a cell phone?

The cell phone is a powerful and useful tool everyone must have in this modern era.  The answer is straightforward; no one can honestly say they can do without cell phones.  Cell phones are primarily a means of communicating with friends, colleagues, and relatives.

It is very easy to master the operational features that come with cell phones, but you certainly won’t find it easy to settle for a particular brand.  The “can’t-do-without-cell phones” attitude of most people is responsible for the introduction of new models at regular intervals.  This has the effect of making fairly recent cell phones become outdated quickly.

A standard cell phone in the market is expected to have capabilities for such tasks like internet browsing, picture messaging, music downloads, etc.  Just think about it; most of these accessories were added on cell phones just a decade ago, so it is a clear indication

If you are looking for information on any subject under the sun, cell phones inclusive, no information tool can rival the internet in terms of provision of up-to-date answers to your enquiries.  Believe it, the websites, resources, and adverts on phones you will find on the internet will simply overwhelm you.  During the process of going through the many cell phones related sites, you will no doubt be more informed about cell phones and thus be able to make informed decisions.

One more thing you need to think about when getting a cell phone is the possible dangers. There have been studies that have come out lately that say cell phones can cause damage to young brains when they are in development. This is one reason you may want to think about waiting to get your kid a cell phone.

This new website was just put online about reflexology sandals. The website is called www.reflexologysandals.net. You will find a great deal and your feet will get relief. This might be just what you are looking for.

Reverse Mobile Number Look Up Services Reviewed and Compared

1. In this case a Mobile Cell Phone Look Up Service is very useful because she’s a single mum, young professional and this lady Alison is extraordinarily careful about the men she dates.  The tale follows in her words:

So, through my job, I meet this amazing guy Kenneth.  We begin slowly with coffee and then lunch ; you know how it goes.  I mean this fellow is just so nice, so respectful, so sweet and sensitive to me.  We start seeing each other frequently, and then it’s almost every day.  Then in a moment, it strikes my mind : all I actually know about this bloke is his name and his cell phone number.  It is not like I don’t trust him ; he’s’s a nice person.  Except I just now need to know more about this man. I use the reverse tele directory service, find his address and home telephone.  Thinking I may surprise him when he gets home from work, I call his.  Who answers?  His wife!

2. A manufacturer’s representative for a major tool company is traveling the highwyas 6 days out of every 7.  He relies on his cell telephone to keep him connected with his office and his customers.  Because he can’t answer every call while he is’s driving, though, he often must depend on voicemail and his list of missed calls to check on his prospects.  I’m so satisfied I signed-up for the reverse telephone directory service, the rep sighs.  Regularly one of my clients will leave a voicemail that asserts simply, ‘Hey, this is Adrian.  Gimme a call.’ Then, he just leaves his number.  Have you got any idea how many Bobs I have among my customers?  With the reverse catalog, though, I can work out which Bob it is, which retailer he works for, and what tools best will drive his sales.  The reverse mobile number look up services is the best tool I have.

3. Joe the Plumber explains how he and his team use their internet access to a reverse phone list : when we leave the shop in the morning, going out to wash drains and fix pipes, we do not need to go back.  We are all over the town, all over the county, often all over the larger tri-state area.  But our dispatch girl keeps us right on top of what’s happening.

4. Hermione, owner and operator of all the moms’ favorite beauty salon, explains why she signed-up for online access to a reverse telephone directory : Sure, we take walk-ins ; they are about thirty per-cent of our business.  When a new purchaser walks in, we make sure we get a name and a phonephone number.  Then, after we’ve done the nails and the nice cut and color, we use the phonephone number to get an address, and we send the new purchaser a little thank you note.  We tell the tiny girl she’s always welcome, we are hoping she adores her chic new look, and she oughta call us for an appointment next time she needs a little pampering.  The walk-in becomes a regular in no time.

5. When Mike down at the hardware store needed to hire a new person for his tool dept, he placed and ad in the local paper, and he put another one on the web.  Mike did not think much of it.  But with the economy the way it is, folk came out of the woodwork applying for that job.  My goodness, ol’ Fred was overwhelmed.  One afternoon, he had a line of people practically out the front doorso crowded an individual couldn’t tell an applicant from a purchaser, which to Mike’s way of thinking was not a good way to run a business.

Conclusion

Till just some years back, only older, street-tough investigators and worldly men of great wealth had access to reverse mobile phone number look up services.  They appeared much more secret agent than man in the street wise.

Naturally, with the fast enlargement of net technology and rights accorded average citizens under the liberty of data Act, reverse phonephone number look up services became simply reached thru the global web.  Initially, most of the people wonder, Why would I need a reverse telephone directory?  After simply a moment’s reflection, though, folk start to see lots of productive uses for this info : they research strange telephone numbers that appear on their bills, they track-down practical joke callers and upsetting telemarketers, they research unfamiliar numbers on their tallies of missed calls, and they find exact addresses they need.

So those are the main uses of Reverse Mobile Number Look Up Services. We hope you like the reviews of the top Reverse Mobile Number Look Up Services on the site in the link in the last sentence.

Supplemental Insurance Explained

Medicare Supplement plans have certain “Guaranteed Issue” periods that allow individuals to apply for a plan without denying you coverage, excluding your pre-existing conditions, or charging you more because of any health conditions. These guaranteed issue (GI) rights are Federally-mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and apply to you all Medicare-enrollees who are in one of these specific situations.

By itself, Medicare pays for 80% of most covered services. That leaves you responsible for the other 20%. While 20% does not sound overwhelming, it most certainly can be when you are looking at a hospital bill for cancer, heart attack, stroke or some other major medical “event”.

There are three primary reasons that a Medicare Supplement plan is essential to the financial well-being of those over age 65:

1. First and foremost, you must consider price (monthly premium rate). Since the coverage is the same, price is, by far, the most important consideration. For some, it is the only consideration, and I would say that, if you find out you are paying too much for your current medicare supplement plan, once you find the same plan for less, jump on it! Medicare Supplements, in addition to being Federally-standardized, are also backed by the government to an extent, not financially but in that if your company goes bankrupt, you are allowed to sign up for a new plan under a “Guaranteed Issue” period.

2. Additional value-added benefits, discounts and features. This is one aspect of comparing Medicare Supplement plans that is not often discussed. Some companies offer an additional benefit or two as a value-added-type part of their plans. This is not a part of the Federally-standardized plan, but rather, just something extra that the company does. An example of this is a discount vision insurance program, or a monthly Medicare newsletter, both of which are programs that some companies offer to set themselves apart. Again, this should not be the basis for a decision; however, it can play into it, all other things being equal.

3. You may not be able to qualify for it later. Although Medicare Supplement plans are standardized and regulated by the Federal government, the private companies can decide who they accept onto their plans. While some companies employ less stringent underwriting than others, it is always a possibility that you will not be accepted onto a supplement plan if you want until you “need” it to apply for it

We all use our mobiles daily to send free sms messages to and receive text messages from family, friends and work related contacts. On average each cell phone in the world sends 36 messages per month, this reinforces the importance of SMS or text messaging in our lives today.

But how did SMS become such a large part of our daily lives and where did it originate from?

No company or individual can claim the right that they developed the Short Message Service. It was the co-operation of many different people around the world that led to this achievement.

France and Germany first made the proposal of SMS at the GSM meeting in 1985. This prompted the initial development of the modern SMS service on the GSM network. The first SMS or text message was sent by the Vodafone GSM network on the 3 December 1992 in the United Kingdom using a computer. The first SMS or text message sent by a mobile phone, is claimed by an engineer working for Nokia in 1993.

Initial growth of the short message service was slow with an average of 0.5 messages sent per GSM handset per month in 1995. This figure in 2000 had risen to 35 text messages per GSM handset per month. That’s a whopping 70 fold increase in 5 years.

70 Billion messages were sent in the USA alone in 2008, proving how widely used SMS messaging has become. The reasons for this SMS service becoming so popular are numerous.

Rather than calling a person one can save money by sending a quick SMS instead. The youth of today have adopted sending SMS as the popular new way of communicating with their friends. Commercial sending of bulk SMS messages using a PC that connects to a bulk SMS gateway has become a very popular and effective marketing tool.

The increase in use of the short message service is rather simple. It provides people with an easy to use two way communication channel that costs very little versus making a phone call. Ones cell phone is always on a person so a message can be sent at any time, removing the need to be in front of a PC to send or receive an email. Commercially it works out almost 80% cheaper than traditional telecommunication methods.

Big corporations dramatically increase their customer service ratings by using SMS for notifications. SMS messaging, or texting, has become part of our daily lives and is sure to be with us for a long time.

The short message service industry is now worth over 81 billion US dollars a year and is showing no signs of slowing down. With nearly a 90% profit margin it is no wonder that the SMS industry is booming.
